Andrea's professional background is as a MICA Paramedic
and Clinical Support Officer in the Metropolitan Ambulance
Service. Andrea is Senior Lecturer and co-ordinates graduate
programs at the Monash University Centre for Ambulance and
Paramedic Studies, including the MICA Paramedic, aero-medical
retrieval and clinical teaching programs.
Andrea's academic interests lie in the area of clinical
decision making. She is currently undertaking a PhD investigating
the role of simulations in the development of clinical problem
solving and clinical judgment in Paramedics.
